Bring your blankets, hot cocoa & popcorn appetite! Join us for a late night of watching the Perseid Meteor Shower from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday, Aug. 12 at Spirio Soccer Field at Overlook Park in White Rock.

The Perseid Meteor Shower is one of the most active meteor showers during the summer months, originating from the constellation Perseus.

FREE hot cocoa and popcorn will be provided at the field concession stand while supplies last. This event is weather dependent; the current forecast is mostly clear skies, with a 10% chance of rain.
