MAGISTRATE COURT NEWS

Charges against Kyle Zocco of Rochester, New York in Los Alamos Magistrate Court were dismissed without prejudice Tuesday by the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office.

Zocco was charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of 8 ounces or more of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following his June 1 arrest.
