Los Alamos County Councilors interviewed three candidates Tuesday evening during their regular meeting for a position on the Board of Public Utilities before unanimously selecting Stephen Tobin, far left. Also interviewed at the meeting were David Hampton, center, and Travis Gibson. Tobin will serve a five-year term on the board. Former board member Paul Frederickson served for five years and was eleigible for reappointment but did not apply.
