spoke at Rotary recently, providing consumer tips for shopping precautions
during the holiday season when scammers and identity thieves are most
active.  Especially of note, be aware that small pieces of personal
information–from banking papers, prescription and shopping receipts, social
media, and even bumper stickers–can easily reveal your personal data to
