LAHS 2024 Graduating Senior Tyler Chamberlin To Attend New Mexico State University In The Fall

Tyler Chamberlin is a 2024 Los Alamos High School graduating senior. He will be attending New Mexico State University in the fall, where he is considering a major in Government and International Relations.

Tyler earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2023 after completing a playground “mud kitchen” project for his alma mater, Aspen Elementary. A highlight of his 11 years in Scouting was crewing a sailboat from the High Adventure Sea Base at St. Thomas, USVI, with members of Troop 22.

Tyler also earned the rank of Cadet Chief Petty Officer in NJROTC, and has enjoyed gathering for Biblical Burritos breakfast fellowship with Bethlehem Lutheran Church. He is looking forward to exploring ancient and modern historical sites in Europe this summer on a 10-day journey with Mrs. Lynn Ovaska’s AP History class.

Tyler is the son of John and Becky Chamberlin of Los Alamos, and the grandson of Mary Chamberlin of White Rock and Bob and Karen Miller of San Jose, CA.
